Canadian Media Arts

Canada holds an iconic and unique position in the world of auteur videos and experimental productions. These selections of Canadian Artists working in several formats like: video, film, drawing and installation; comprise the best of independent work and shorts that Canada has been produced in the last years, including a variety of techniques and artists from all over Canada. I believe the short programs and retrospectives will present the opportunity to show some of the most up-to-date contemporary Canadian artworks in video, film and media installations. The artists represented are worldwide-recognized filmmakers and media artists.
